I replaced it on c l 2, best thing to do is to have a Raymarine tech take a look at it--on those units, when they go, they go...usually the only fix is replacement

Subject: [C320-list] ST60 wind angle failure

Last week the wind angle indicator on Stargazer (ST60) failed.  It only points forward  (from about 45 degrees port to starboard but no further back) and I am unable to recalibrate it.  Wind speed remains OK - so I presume the problem is in the vane/transducer atop the mast and not the wiring.

Any suggestions as to repair (haven't been up the mast, yet)?  Has anyone had to replace the unit?

Thanks.
