[C320-list] Windlass On Off Switch

Hi Joe,

  If you didn't have any luck, I have a switch I'm not using that you're
welcome to have.  I think it's an 80amp.  It only got a season's use before
I replaced the white Starboard side Catalina panel containing the 1-2-both
switch, the house breaker and windlass breaker with a Blue Sea engine
starting panel.

Double check that you pulled/pushed really hard, it's a strange kind of
breaker.  :)
