[C320-list] removing wax - on and off

Any commercial degreaser (sold at Sam's Club, etc.) will do  a pretty
thorough job of wax removal unless you are going to do repairs...in which
case you really need to use acetone. Certainly, good enough for reinstalling
vinyl stripes if you don't dilute it more than 8/1
