Pat, one of the funniest things I have ever read on the internet.

Bob, some of the opportunities racing provides are:

1. The opportunity, after paying all those insurance premiums, to finally
have a claim to show for it.

2. The opportunity to zig-zag past those boats you could never beat in a
straight line.

3. The opportunity to know that no matter how much time and effort you
spend laying out the best race course, power boaters will find it.

4. The opportunity to spend thousands of dollars to win a ten dollar
burgee.

5. The opportunity to learn a whole new set of rules to ignore.

6. The opportunity to check out that new blood pressure medication

7. The opportunity to pretend you really have six friends

And lastly of course, the old stand by, the opportunity to yell at some one
other than a spouse
