[C320-list] Steering wire break

Let us know how it turns out. I have hull # 169 and have never replaced the
cable. I am taking her to the Dry Tortugas this May and will want to do a
replacement before I go. Can't imagine a breakage with 3 knots of current
moving me into a closed bridge and no steering.
