[C320-list] Steering wire break

I looked closely at mine too and just a few months before it failed. The 
insidious nature of my cable failure was that it was in a place where a 
visual inspection could only be performed after disconnecting the cables 
from the drive wheel. I didn't do that. Who would, it's a lot of work to 
detach and reattach the cables. When I inspected it I saw no broken 
strands but I now know that there were broken strands, they just weren't 
visible.

If you do remove the cabels to inspect them, you should run your little 
finger in the hole where the cables run from the outside to the inside 
of the drive wheel to make sure that there is no sharp edge.
