[C320-list] Leaking portlight

I'm dealing with the same problem and am fairly sure that it's not the
outside bedding, so it's either the o-ring or gasket.  I'm not sure that the
I replaced the o-rings with the correct size but it was very close.  I have
also cleaned the gaskets and lubricated them with Vaseline.  It hasn't
helped at all.  My concern with trying to match an old o-ring is that its
size  may have changed somewhat in 11 years.  I'm curious about where to
find the proper size.

Have you tried cleaning up the gaskets with Armoral(sp?).  We did and the
leaks went away and we were able to loosen up on the latches.  Also used
Meguires on the port which cleaned up the mating gasket surface.  I wonder
if cleaning up the o-rings annually with Armoral will slow up the drying out
process.

I looked through the archives and could not find the o'ring size.  Does
anyone know what size o'rings are used on the latches and any tips on
replacing the gasket?   The portlights are the old style with the twist
latches.  They do not leak around the outside bedding, but the gasket
material is in bad shape and it may also be leaking around the o'ring and
down the latch.
