Boston has a tall ship festival planned for July as well, maybe you can catch a ride.  No folding props (or winches) but still lots of fun.

Looks like probably teaching for Navy at Groton, Newport, and Boston (on the
CONSTITUTION of all things) in July.  Any C320's in the area who would like
to take an underprivileged West Coast guy sailing?
