Jon,
Please advise your diver to the danger of the boat next to you. The power
to that boat should be turner off at the circuit breaker while he's in the
water. All of those warning signs in the marinas that tell you no swimming
is allowed, are not there because of water quality. They are there because
people get electrocuted on a regular basis when swimming in marinas.
