A few bad pictures (due to both to the lack of space around the boat and to the
lack of my photographic skills) are at:

Subject: Winter Covering
Just to provide another hopefully useful data point, I purchased an "Exact
Fit" winter cover from Carl at SeaCanvas (www.seacanvas.com) last year. For the
C-320 it is a 2 piece cover that zippers at the mast. It goes over the toe-rail
just just covers the rub-rail. It has a layer of Noah fabric (as used in car
covers) at the toe rail to provide a soft contact point. It has custom fit
cutouts that wrap around each of the stanchion bases as well as the shrouds and
boom topping lift (with velcro closures for the latter two). The aft piece is
supported by the boom. The forward piece has sewn-in lifting rings to be
supported by a jib halyard. The edges near the toe rail have cringles to allow
the cover to be tied around the hull with line they provide. Tenara thread is
used. The cover is grey which keeps it cozy inside on a sunny day and helps the
snow melt quickly.
I've only used the cover one year so far but was very happy with the results.
I'm planning on keeping the boat in the water this winter but was told by Sea
Canvas that they have customers who are still able to use the cover even with
the boat wet stored. I guess we'll see how that works out. Cost was around $2500
which does not seem unreasonable if I can get around 10 seasons out of it.
