[C320-list] Exhaust elbow

I had the elbow on Bear repkaced spring 2009. At the time the engine was
showing 485 all fresh water hours. The interior was nearly new; showing no
carbon build up and the lightest of interior surface rust. It is now a
spare.

The replacement was a direct Yanmar supply and the mech had no problem with
the installation. I do follow manual advice but in the environment Bear
sails, this appears to not be a critical item.
