[C320-list] Sell YourSelf or Broker

We sold our Catalina 27 at the end of August so we could get a 320.  
Listed it on Craigslist and Sailboatlistings.com

We priced it to sell and had email inquiries literally within the first 
hour after posting.  The boat sold within two weeks.

We are seriously thing about selling our 1999 320.
We are not in a rush should we sell our self or go with a broker.
Anyone have any luck selling there own boat in  this market
We would like to upgrade to a bigger boat.

I am located in the Northeast so not sure if I should wait until
spring or try it now,
