[C320-list] Winter storage Land or Water?

I live in Boston and I am considering in-water winter storage at
Constitution Marina.  What are peoples thoughts on
wet or dry storage?  I know there are pro's and con's for both.  Anyone at
constitution marina storing their boat in the water
for the winter?  Anyone live-aboard at Constitution for the winter?  Any
thoughts would be appreciated.
