LOL. Yea.  It would probably be easier to open a saloon in Saudi Arabia than to sell my house right now. :) 

But don't think warmer climate hasn't been on our mind every single fall.

   An easy way to stop doing 'winterization' is to move a few hundred miles SOUTH.

Make sure the antifreeze you use is non-toxic. 
The other toxic stuff shouldn't be dumped on the ground for multiple reasons. 

I use a gallon of pink RV stuff followed by a gallon of purple RV (-60) stuff.  Then run the engine about 15 seconds after water stops coming out exhaust to empty much of the muffler.  We're in the northeast US and it gets well below 0 F in the winter.
