There is West River Rigging, and Madden Mast & Rigging in Annapolis. Both
are professionals and been in business for years. Haven't used either; but,
have found both very helpful. WRR gave the tuning demonstration at our 2008
Regatta; and, MMR at Port Annapolis was very helpful to me recently and
charged $0. Their hourly rate at $90, is not out of the ordinary for these
days.

Thank you Brad and Warren for your replies.
Trying to contact MM now.
But is there any other rig inspection and tuning service source you know?
