[C320-list] Impeller Replacement

I'd simply pull and inspect annually (replacing as needed), but if  
going through the effort to pull, might as well replace.  I'll go  
along with Dick; replacing more frequently if annual engine hours were  
much higher.  The 'kit' should come (mine did) with a small tube of  
glycerine lubricant.  Use it and nothing else.  Vasoline, WD40, etc.,  
might actually deteriorate the impeller.
