[C320-list] Rope Clutch

Use a screwdriver and lift the breake pad from the front. It should open up
a straght line thru.

We took an old coate hanger and put a l90%loop on the end of it. Then fished
the loop thru the clutch. Grapped the line with the loop and it pulled thr
easily
