[C320-list] Lifeline cleaning

I did it on our prior boat...that is where the swaging tools came from that
I donated to the tool box. Looked great...No rust. The rust on our covered
lines is coming from under the covers where water in the anerobic
environment undere the cover causes SS to rust more.
