I have never used a slipway but if I understand you correctly the cradle is
tipped back 30 degrees(?) If that is so the center of gravity is no longer
on the keel in the same place than when it is on the level and now more
weight could be on the aft of the keel causing unusual stress on the
keel/hull and on the aft pads.
