[C320-list] Hatch

There is a larger Catalina on our dock, a 36 I believe, that has what looks
like a SST cover assembly for the rudder port.  Since the cover gets lots of
stress from the helmsperson standing and walking on it, it seems like a
stronger port cover would be a better solution.  Has anyone looked into this
option?
