[C320-list] Mechanical vs. Electric Fuel Pumps

My Yanmar 3YM30 and a Yanmar 2GM20 on a previous sailboat we owned had mechanical fuel pumps.  Both were cam driven as Warren noted.  I know this because I carry spares aboard.
