I use titanium snap shackles on my regular sheets, which are 10mm spect-set
with the cover stripped for the first 15 feet or so. I also have light air
sheets that use plastic nab shackles. I've often wondered the benefit of
that pigtail arrangement. I guess it's just less weight pulling the clew
down.

 When using an asymmetrical spinnaker does anyone use a clew line to attach
the sheets too or do you connect them directly to the clew?
