[C320-list] pad eye attached to deck

Catalina reinforced many places on the deck of the C-320 with aluminum plate
or solid glass to facilitate the installation of deck hardware. Your best
bet is to contact them, tell them where plan to install the pad-eyes and let
them suggest a specific location.
