[C320-list] Squeaky Rudder Post

I have what I think is a quick question. I have noticed that the top of 
the rudder post squeaks. If I remove the deck plate I can tell that the 
squeak comes from the top of the rudder post and not further down. This 
only happens when sailing. It won't squeak in the slip. Do I have a 
problem or is this easily solved with some lubrication. What lubricant 
is recommended?
