[C320-list] Water system, newbie questions

I found them at a marine service shop. They had a large box of O-Rings of all sizes. 

They were very slightly thicker than the originals but still seal perfectly. 

If you don't have any luck I can pick up 4 of them for you.

Where did you find the O-Rings to fit the filler caps? I've been looking for
some and haven’t been able to find them anywhere...Thanks!

Regarding the chains for water and fuel fills,  I used a dab of loctite blue
to keep the screw from falling out. 

Also, consider changing the rubber O-Rings on the fuel filler cap every 4 or
so years. Also use some O-Ring lube to also help keep water out of the fuel
tank. Mine had started to dry out and crack after 5 years.

Hopefully this task will be simple. On deck there should be two tank fills.
Remove the lids
being careful not to lose them overboard, (the chains may be broken). Stick
a hose in the tank
fills and put water in each tank, one forward and one aft. I like to do the
aft tank first.

On the power panel there is a "water pressure" switch. Turn it on and turn
on the water to let air out
of the system. The pump should stop ater the hot water tank (6 gallons) gets
filled. 

Check for leaks.  If all is well you can turn on the hot water heater.
