[C320-list] LinkPro problems

Thanks Warren -
My system is set is exactly as the Linkpro instructions call for BUT it was added to the existing system without disconnecting any negative wires. It sounds like this may be the problem. My problem is I'm not sure what to do next. 

There is a wire on the negative post that I believe comes from the charger. A wire was run from the battery negative bus behind the electrical panel to the system neg side of the shunt. What do I do with the negative cable from the charger?
