[C320-list] Bilge pump replacement - Noisy can be good

Because Topcat is licensed to do charters, for extra safety I have to  
have an additional high water bilge alarm which is located under the  
floor in the section between the bilge pump and the companionway. It's  
VERY loud when it goes off.
