[C320-list] In-mast furling

We've just purchased our 2003 C320 and did our "maiden voyage".   We love the boat but could use some tips about the in-mast furling. The option wasn't covered in the manual that the prior owners left. 

 

Does anyone have the diagrams for how the lines are led? I think we have it right but I seem to be getting a good deal of resistance when trying to furl/unfurl from the cockpit. If I go to the mast, I can make it work but it's too hard otherwise.
