 I bought one of those for my last boat (Beneteau 281) and the exhaust vent hose got so warm that it kind of negated the AC cooling effect. I returned it. Hope it works out better for you.

I have purchased for use at the dock (I live aboard much of the summer) one of 

those A/C units that duct the hot exhaust flow outside through a wall or under a 

window sash.  Several past posts have reported forum members replacing their 

opening Lewmar ports.  Does anyone have a lens for such port that they would 

like to sell?  I would cut the proper size hole for the vent hose in this lens 

for use at the dock and change to my original water tight lens as required
