Just disconnect the line from the Y valve under the sink in the head
then vac from the fridge end or use a compressor and blow from the head
end but keep the fridge empty and closed it you do.  Vac sounds
better...

Do you know what plugged ot up?  Do you think you might be able to pull
it back to the refrigerator with a shop vac?
