[C320-list] Impeller cover screws

Consider replacing the entire faceplate with a SpeedSeal cover and be 
done with those annoying little screws forever.  The SpeedSeal closes 
with large, well-made knurled thumbscrews, and has cutouts for two of 
the screws so you don't even have to remove all of them each time.  I 
believe they make units for most water pumps.
