[C320-list] no starting noice

On our 2002, I've found that sometimes twisting the black plastic
grille covering the 'buzzer' right or left (thus tightening or
loosening it) will temporarily fix it. This 'buzzer' is really a very
small speaker (piezo element aka 'coil' driving a plastic diaphragm
aka 'speaker cone'), thus I think that sometimes the grille expands/
contracts with temperature changes and prevents the diaphragm from
vibrating. A test to confirm this would be to substitute an external
buzzer for the original; I've not done that yet. While I don't ignore
the gauges and buzzers, I tend to rely more on my ears (engine
noises), and nose (engine smells) as monitors.
