Hi Dave - What I didn't like was that there was nothing to lean against when
sitting on the leeward side but at the helm.  I like the feel of the side of
the cockpit against my thigh so I don't feel like I'm sliding out of the
boat.  On that boat, the top of the cushion is flush with the deck.  In
addition, anyone sitting in the princess seats have their feet on the
cushions. - Allan

Allan,

I totally agree with your assessment of the 355. I am a little curious about
what features bother you so much about the aft cockpit seats.

I got to see the boat pull out after the show, Gerry was on board, and
whoever the guy was who was skippering did an awesome job of leaving the
slip and backing out all the way to the channel, in reverse, through the
maze of floating docks. He seemed to be at full throttle in reverse, the
boat moved and steered like a champ. Pretty impressive. Maybe speed is the
key...
