[C320-list] SEIZED SHEAVES ON END OF BOOM

I have taken the end bracket off in order to replace the sheaves.  Have
experienced no problems.  If the sheaves are moving forward, possibly the
axle is too small or the center hole on the sheaves is too large.  There
should be minimal play in them.  Another thought would be to use smaller
diameter sheaves.
