[C320-list] Seaward Hot Water Heater

I recently put in a new pressure relief valve in my Seaward hot water heater.
It is still leaking. With the pressure on, and when coming up to temperature,
it starts leaking. This is what prompted me to put in a new one.

Today I took the cover off and tried to turn the little red (square) temp
control. Can't get a handle on it.

I assume I need to turn the temp down but can't. Looked for the owners manual
on the boat, can't find it. Looked on the Seward web site and found the
S600 heater but not owners manual. Web site says they are only open 
Monday - Thursday so I guess they are out sailing.

Can some one confirm that the control mentioned is in fact the temp control
and tell me how to turn it down. Tomorrow I guess I can take needle nose
pliers and try it.
