 That's what I'm talking about. Mine don't seem to pop up. the edge that I pry with a screw driver lifts but the covers don't budge,

If we are discussing the two approximately 1" long hinge pin covers on
the exterior frame, they are U-shaped clips that simply pop up. If you
are asking about something else, please desribe it.
