The brokers site is called www.soldboats.com.
If you are friendly with a broker, he/she may be willing to do a datadump
(ie. report) for you.
Bucvalu has a neat tool to give you an estimate market value for a
particular make/model/year but any history of actual sales will cost you
money.

Keep in mind, of course, that any recorded data is for brokerage-sold
boats only, not private transactions.
Historically, actual selling has been close to 90% of last asking. Of
course, that can vary widely depending on many factors, including the
economy.
If you do get an updated relationship between asking and selling, I would
like to know what it is.
