On my 2gm20 there was exterior oil line going from the block next to the
starter, goes up behind the engine, and ends up on thehead near the
injector pump. Developed a pin hole leak on the back side and dripped oil
down between the flywheel and the engine. It ends in banjo fittings with
copper crush washers. I believe the two engines are the same except for
another cylinder? Check the back of the engine above the flywheel housing.
Can't hurt.

it's in the area of the pan or where the flywheel housing attaches to the
block. There are 4 or 5 droplet-size oil marks on the absorbant cloth I keep
under the engine and I can feel some oil there. Any suggestions as to
positively identifying the leak location and for steps to take next? Should
I bring in a mechanic?

Bob:

I know whereof you speak, having sat on a restaurant? deck in Portsmouth and
watched boats fighting that current.? Yikes.

But, on the subject of speed, what RPMs do you run to get to 7.2? knots?
Cruising at 2600, we get in the range of 5.5 to 6? knots.

I just bought a Grarhauer 26" dinghy lift. Any advice on how others have
mounted it would be appreciated. My bimini config requires I install it
somewhere on the aft platform. I tw my dingy and do not have a dinghy lift.
Any pics would be appreciated. I looked on the C320 site but did not find
any info.
