[C320-list] Road Diesel vs Marine Diesel

Quarter tank.  We're six miles up the Piscataqua river from Portsmouth  
Harbor and open ocean.  We're sometimes fighting a foul tide of 6  
knots.  With a max boat speed of 7.2 knots I presume you can do the  
math.
