[C320-list] Lazy Jack vs. Dutchman

Dutchman works fine IF you get the lines adjusted tight enough and remember 
to retighten the topping lift every time.  Had lazy jacks  on our previous 
boat (Pearson 332) and they were so so without a Stack Pack.  Neither is a 
perfect solution.
