[C320-list] M30 Perkins oil?

My manual says for our zone to use 10W-30 or 15W-40.  Be sure to use a
"heavy duty" oil specifically for diesel engines.  The industry rating is CF
or better (I think.)

My manual and notes for the engine are on the boat but I want to do an oil
change this weekend. Does anyone remember what type of  diesel oil the
Perkins likes. I think I was using 10-40W diesel Valvoline.  Thanks, John
