[C320-list] documentation

Yes, you do put documentation numbers on the boat. But you don't put them on 
the outside. Ours is on the inside of the hull under the port lazarette. 
It's been eight years but I think I used stick-on numbers and letters and 
glassed them or polyeurothaned them so that they are permanent.
