[C320-list] Engine Temperature Baseline Readings

Fellow C320 and C350 owners.  I have seen a lot of posts this summer about engine temperatures in our sailboats.  I came across this website with lots of valuable and thoughtful information on troubleshooting issues with boats.  

Check out the following website article on establishing baseline temperatures on our marine engines with an inexpensive laser infrared thermometer so we can use these temperatures when troubleshooting possible engine overheating problems.

This seems like a great idea.  I am going to do this with my boat and add the information to my maintenance log.  This way I can avoid the issue of "temperature gauges are unreliable and don't show the true engine temperature" when I need to troubleshoot a future engine overheating problem.  Great idea!
