The Hot Water circuit breaker on the Master panel is definitely stuck in the  
on position.  We tried every trick but I think age (1994 #112) got the  
better of it.   There are several places to buy them but I was wondering if  
anyone knows off hand who built the breaker and the part # or equivalent?
