[C320-list] Rariton PHHBII vs PHIS - will it fit?

I have the Sea Era on my 355--just spent the long weekend on the boat...and
we love it! As you say, according to Peggy a conversion from manual to
electric isn't the way to go....I did install a manual PHII on my 320 and
that was a very worthwhile upgrade as well..

Well, after some research today, I'm not so sure that a PHE is the way to
go.  Manual or electric....Peggy says they don't mix - go one way or the
other.  Sooooo  Maybe we look at the Sea-Era.
