[C320-list] Engine starting alarm

I think the main reason it acts so inconsistently is that it is really a 24V buzzer operating at 12V so it isn't that loud. The result is that it sometimes can't get started right away.

I've also found that the alarm buzzer (mounted on the control panel), 
sometimes gets warped or stressed so that it doesn't vibrate. Try 
unscrewing the black plastic cover a bit with the ignition key in the 
'run' position and see if the buzzer comes to life.
