[C320-list] Perkins diesel hose replacement

I've been slowly replacing all the hoses over the last three years no kit that I'm aware of.

Hi All.

My 320, Wooshkeetaan (Hull #15 - 1993), has her original 3 cylinder Perkins diesel.  I need to replace all of the rubber hoses.  Can anyone tell me if there is a "kit" of hoses cut to fit or do I need to buy bulk hoses and cut my own?
