[C320-list] Galley faucet?

Has anyone replaced the galley sink basket strainers and fittings? The chrome finish is deteriorating on mine and it has developed some really sharp edges.

Thanks Jon for this very useful information. I had investigated several
options in the past (when the Mk II first showed up with the new faucet)
but had failed to follow-up (yet).
Someone interested in this upgrade might want to also consider the Moen
87316 series faucet. It is a slightly lower profile which means the handle
doesn't stick up quite so far (9 3/8" instead of 10 5/8"). The height
between the aerator and base remains the same at 5 9/16" and the swing
radius is the same at 9 5/8".
There are also other makes of single handle, pull-out, faucets out there,
but we are partial to Moen as they have a plant here in New Bern (not sure
if these models are made here).
The 87316 in chrome is $79 at Overstock.com and even better, you can find
it there in Stainless for $107. I really like the look of the Glacier
White version, but they are easily $100 more expensive.
