[C320-list] Temperature and fuel gauge

I have issues with my water temp gauge.  I think it the sensor.  Had it replaced 7 years ago to fix similar issue.  I cannot fine a replacement now.  Its the Euro Yanmar but evidently the sensor is not a yanmar part?
 
If anyone knows where to get one please let me know.

The temp and fuel gauges on my 2000 C320 are both pegged at max temp and full fuel. Engine temp seems fine and I know I only have 1/2 tank of fuel. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
