[C320-list] Temperature and fuel gauge

Hi Chris,
My water temp and fuel gauges are pegged without power turned on to the
instrument panel. What does that suggest when the gauges do not move one way
or the other when the key is turned on?

If both gauges peg when you turn the key on, it suggest that they are
both working and that there is a short in the wiring to a hot lead.
